Privacy

The services portal can, in principle, be used without disclosure of any personal data.
When you send us an e-mail, your e-mail and your e-mail address will be used solely for corresponding with you. Whenever you access our server, data is stored for statistical and backup purposes. We merely record the IP address of your internet service provider for a limited period of time, the date and time of the day as well as the website where you visit us. This information is solely used for improving our internet service and is not passed on to third parties or analysed in a way that can be traced back to you.

A transmission and derivation of personal data is only conducted if we are obliged to do so by law or by a court ruling or if this is required in the event of an assault on the internet infrastructure of the editor for prosecution or the initiation of criminal proceedings.
 

German laws require partially substantial information about the owner of the respective Website. This personal data is mandatory and must be included in the imprint.

Due to german legal practice the imprint must be reachable from each and every page of the website, preferably without scrolling. Hence the link to the imprint is located in the top right corner of the DIV-container #topnav.

What information must the imprint contain ?

The imprint has to contain mandatory data, depending on the exploitation method of the website. Recommendable instructions to create a proper imprint contains the imprint wizard by digi-info.de.
